Product Description
Technological Flow Chart:
Drying,feeding → Head mould → Vacuum calibration tank → Spray cooling tank → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine→ Stacker
PPR plastic pipe production line is mainly used to producing the plastic PPR pipes with various pipe diameters and wall thickness; the plasctic pipes are used for the water supply and drainage of agriculture, the plumbing and grainage of construction, industridal fluid delivery etc.The line consists of the single screw extruder, pipe die head, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutter, stack unit etc.The key parts like screw and engine is designed according the character of PPR, its control panel use frequency conversion timing method, its main electronic parts use imported famous brand part. The whole product line has many advanced characters, such as high output, stabilized quality and minor error in finished product; it is really the first class device in current plastic industry. At the same time, this product line can fit for PERT, PP-C, PE-X couplet pipe and polyalkene product. We can provide technical formula and key engineering to our customers.
