Figure 1 shows its simple working principle diagram. The main working principle of the instrument is that two probe coils L1 and L2 are energized with alternating current. If the steel covered electrode (the welding core is made of iron and porcelain) is placed between the two head coils, and the coating is made of non-iron and porcelain, if covered electrode is eccentric, the welding core is located in the asymmetric position between the two probe coils, that is, Δ 1 ≠Δ2. At this time, the impedance of the two probe coils is asymmetric, which makes the bridge that is initially balanced out of balance, and the pointer deviation of the electric meter is direct.Usage: Electrode eccentricity measuring instrument is used to measure the eccentricity of steel electrode in electrode factory or laboratory.Measuring range: covered electrode diameters are: φ Φ2.0mm, φ Φ2.5mm, φ Φ3.2mm, φ Φ4.0mm, φ Φ5.0mm and φ Φ5.8mm respectively.Working temperature: 10℃ ~ 40℃, and relative humidity is not higher than 90%.Instrument power supply: rated voltage is 200 volts and 50 hertz, and the power consumption is not more than 10 watts.With the management concept of "technology, product and service", good service and honest reputation, the company has gone out in response to the "policy" and exported to Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
