PP big bags are widely used in Chemicals, construction materials, plastic raw materials, Mineral products, Firewood,and other types of powder, granules, block goods packaging.
1. Silk strength testing: It tested after draw benched out the pp fiber silk. It's the basic step to weaving out the high quality fabric.
2. Fabric strength testing: Normally it should test both the warp and weft strength of the fabric according to ISO21898-2005 Standard.
3. Lifting loops strength testing: In order to stand for the loading weight, the lifting loops should be at high strength. It should be tested before sewing on bags.
4. The loading weight and safety factor testing: After sewing out the sample before mass production, we will test the loading weight and safety factor of the big bag. The mass production can be processed after this testing passed.
Firewood big bag feature and application
Firewood big bags are the same usage as vented log bags which available in 26 strip ventilated material or mosquito net fabric that provide over 70% ventilation to dry firewood or logs. These bags are widely used for different products which need ventilation for storage or transportation.

We provide different ventilation big bag options depending on the application for different products:
1. With 4-side ventilated PP woven fabric
This type of ventilated bag using 26 strip ventilated Polypropylene woven fabric with advantage at competitive Price
2. With 2-side ventilated fabric and 2-side Net fabric
This type bag normally build with a U-panel ventilated woven fabric and 2-side mosquito fabric. It will be much more ventilation by using mosquito-fabric. And by adding 2 bottom lifting loops, it Will be more convenient to lift up and discharge the products from top and can be reusable.
3. With 4-side Net fabric
This type of vented big bag constructed with 4 side mosquito fabric by which provide the best ventilation for using. For this bag, it normally without discharge spout but with 2 bottom lifting loops, which can be empty the bag from the top of bag.
The global mining volume and storage volume of minerals are very large, and millions of mineral big bags are used for the transportation, storage and turnover of various ores and mineral powders are very convenient.
