6. What is the method to pick up jumbo bags?

7. How can I empty an FIBC bag? Transportation is only a part of the whole system, in the final stage, we are facing problems of how the products in the jumbo bag can be discharged safely without wastage.The most traditional way of discharging a jumbo bag is through a discharge spout, which is added to the bottom of the bag. Usually, the discharge spout is tucked inside a closure on the bottom of the bag.The closure is sometimes called a petal closure, pajama closure, star, or x-cut closure. The closure is designed to protect the spout and to prevent the product from sifting out of the discharge before its intended discharge. Discharge spouts can be customized with specific sizes and closures.There are several ways as to methods of discharging bulk bags.The first and most common one is gravity. This is a fairly easy way to empty the bag because you just need to open the discharge spout and let the products flow to the intended unloading area. However, the flaw in this method is that you cannot control the amount of material to be released.Second, some jumbo bags don’t have a discharge spout therefore the discharging process requires manual work by using a C-shaped cutting on the bottom of the bag. The disadvantage is also obvious. Once the bag is cut open, it cannot be reused but discarded

Can I use a jumbo bag more than once?The answer is YES, many jumbo bags can be reused several times concerning their integrity.However, we do not recommend the jumbo bag be reused too many times because after carrying a heavy load of products, it has the possibility of breakage and aging. This will affect the capacity of the jumbo bag and greatly increase the risk of leakage.9. What does coating mean for FIBC?The coating is a common method that is used to add extra features to the bags.For example, we can add a moisture-proof barrier to the film. The lamination provides a moisture barrier to protect the contents of the bag from moisture.Many industries need such a feature since a jumbo bag is made from woven polypropylene which has gaps so that the bag is not "waterproof". There are also many other features that could be laminated to film. For example, there are oxygen barriers, printable coating, and so on.10. As we explained earlier, both open top and duffel top are all common features of a bulk bag.With regard to open top, you can imagine it as a container without a lid. This is a relatively economical packaging as there is no extra features.
