Adsorbent Variety Molecular Sieve

Chemequip 13X (APG) special molecular sieve for air separation is a sodium-type aluminosilicate,usually it can be used for the drying of general industrial gas and the purification (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2 and some hydrocarbons) of feed gas in air separation units. It meets the special requirements of the cryogenic air separation industry, improves the adsorption capacity of carbon dioxide and water, and avoids the phenomenon of freezing towers during the air separation process. It has the characteristics of high carbon dioxide adsorption capacity, low regeneration temperature and long service life.


13X-APG Molecular Sieve Applications:

1) Gas purification in the air separation unit to remove water and carbon dioxide.

2) Drying and desulfurization of LNG, liquefied petroleum gas and liquid hydrocarbons.

3) General gas deep drying.


Also includes: removal of hydrocarbons; 

  1. Drying and purification of NH3 synthesis gas; 

  2. Desulfurization and deodorization of aerosol propellants; 

  3. Cracking gas removal of CO2; 

  4. Catalyst carrier; 

  5. Co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide;
