Polyester industrial yarn refers to polyester filament with high strength, high modulus, wear resistance, low shrinkage and other properties.
Polyester industrial yarn can be divided into below types according to its properties：
High-strength and low-elongation type (ordinary standard type)
High-modulus and low-shrinkage type
High-strength and low-shrinkage type
Reactive type
1) High-modulus and low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarn has excellent properties such as high breaking strength, high elastic modulus, low elongation, and good impact resistance. It has a tendency to gradually replace ordinary standard polyester industrial yarn in tires and mechanical rubber products.
2) High-strength and low-stretch polyester industrial yarn is currently mainly used as tire cord and conveyor belt, canvas warp as well as vehicle seat belts and conveyor belts.
3) High-strength and low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarn has the soft characteristics of nylon and is mainly used for coated fabrics ( advertising light box cloth, etc.), conveyor belt weft, etc.;
4) Reactive polyester industrial yarn is a new type of industrial yarn that has good affinity with rubber and PVC, which can simplify subsequent processing and greatly improve the quality of the product.
