Flat Wire Conveyor Belts
Flat wire conveyor belt, also known honeycomb conveyor belt. The flat wire belt is composed of cross bars and flat metal strips.
On both sides of the belt, the cross bar has a welding ring (welding edge). In many sizes, it is possible to have adhesive edges on both sides of the belt.
There are many predefined belts that perform different pitch and material sizes. The belt can also be equipped with side panels or flight. Flat wires are arranged in a lattice form and connected to straight circular rods. The materials of flat ribbon generally include high carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and other materials
