The general loading weight range of big bag for packing minerals is 1000-3000kgs, and some customers even require 4000kgs loading capacity. Therefore, the following specifications need to be considered when designing the bag: 

1.Use of body fabric: The weight of body fabric is no less than 180gsm, and it is recommended to be coated.

The thickness of the fabric after coating is increased, which can reduce the friction between the ore and the bag to a certain extent.

The cloth of the bag body is a tubular shape, so that the bag body will not be stitched together to avoid powder leakage in the bag body.

2.Sling or lifting straps sewing method: 

1.Fully bottom lifting straps,2 lifting with cross fully bottom loops

3 slings with fully bottom lifting loops，4 cross-corner fully bottom lifting loops.

As long as the loading capacity of this kind of bottom sling is on the sling, it is much stronger than the simple base fabric. 

3.Sewing method: The sewing method of the bag body and the bottom of the bag needs to be fixed once, and then double-foulded sewing twice.

The bottom design is better to be flat instead of a discharge spout, so the design safety factor will be higher. 

4.Bag type design: The bag type can be designed according to the specific requirements of customers.The bag body uses tube cloth, and the bag type can be designed to be round or square.If the bottom of the bag is round, it is a round bag, and if the bottom is square, it is a square bag.This kind of bag with tube cloth design can effectively control the deformation of the bag body after the bag is filled with products.It is also very convenient to transport by ordinary truck or container.Wide usage for loading different kinds of Minerals ore and our main clients business range as following:

Production Process

Normally the 1 ton big bag produced under the following Eight steps:

① 100% New polypropylene material tested good for production.

② Melting the pp material and draw bench out fiber thread for weaving fabric.

③ Weaving fabric and lifting straps .

④ Cutting the fabric into suitable size and shape according to specific requirement.

⑤ The workers sewing the big bags in clean sewing house.

⑥ The bags should be dust-proof treatment.

⑦ QA and QC inspection

⑧ Packaging on pallets or bales according to customer's requirement and ready for delivery.
