Production Process
These woven bags are widely used in Chemicals, construction materials, plastic raw materials, Mineral products, Firewood,and other types of powder, granules, etc. And the production process will be as following:
PP Raw material - Draw bench fiber - Weaving fabric on Loom machine - Cutting fabric for woven big bag -Sewing big bags - Dust-proof treatment - QA & QC inspection - Packaging for woven big bag
It should also do some needful Testings in the process of bag production and detailed as following:
1. Silk strength testing: It tested after draw benched out the pp fiber silk. It’s the basic step to weaving out the high quality fabric.
2. Fabric strength testing: Normally it should test both the warp and weft strength of the fabric according to ISO21898-2005 Standard.
3. Lifting loops strength testing: In order to stand for the loading weight, the lifting loops should be at high strength. It should be tested before sewing on bags.
4. PP woven bag loading weight and safety factor testing: After sewing out the sample before mass production, we will test the loading weight and safety factor of the big bag. The mass production can be processed after this testing passed.

Bag’s feature and application
Small Polypropylene woven bags and big bags can be used for sand bags in many applications and are normally filled with sand or soil. Filled sand bags have the right weight and dimensions to build an blocked wall. They often used in emergencies, such as Rivers overflowing, Heavy flooding and levee damage. These bags are suitable for the following applications:
● For Flood control
● For Erosion control
● For Pipelines
● For Oil Field Drilling
● For Military Fortification
● For Construction Sites (Such as Bridge pre-loading)
Sand bags are available with or without UV inhibitor. If the bags are only used single time or eventually buried under earth or sea bottom, a UV inhibitor is not necessary - such as used with pipelines. On the other hand, if the bags used for multi-use or outside under sunlight, it should be with UV inhibitor.
Except for construction materials, they can be widely used in different fields. Such as Chemicals, plastic raw materials, Agriculture products, Mineral products, Firewood and other types of powder, granules, block goods packaging.
1. PP raw material: We use new virgin polypropylene material for drawing and extruding pp fiber.
2. Draw bench silk: To Draw and extrude the weft and warp fiber for weaving the fabric.
3. Fabric weaving weigh from 60gsm to 250gsm and Straps weight from 35g to 100g.
4. Fabric coating or lamination in this stage according to specific requirement.
5. QC and QA inspection for pp woven fabric and PP fiber silk to ensure the strength.
6. Sewing:Standard sewing, Chain stitch and lock stitches are all available.
7. Quality inspection:To ensure the bag suitable for food grade.
8. Packaging: Normally packed on bales and Pallet or according to client’s require.
9. Delivery by container:1x20’fcl will load 20pallets and 1x40’fcl or 40’HC will load 44 pallets.
