Testings in Production Process
1. Silk strength testing: It tested the pp fiber silk after drawing and extruding.
2. Fabric strength testing:Both tested the warp and weft strength of the fabric.
3. Lifting loops strength testing: In order to stand for the loading weight, the lifting loops should be at high strength. It should be tested before sewing on bags.
4. SWL and SF testing: After sewing out the sample before mass production, we will test the loading weight and safety factor of the bag. The mass production can be processed after this testing passed.
The Big bag for industrial use is suitable for weigh from 500kgs to 2,500 kg which are widely use for different kinds of industrial products. These industrial big bags are manufactured and tested by our testing house in accordance with ISO9001-21898 and comply with the international quality requirements.

What are FIBC bulk Bags?
FIBC bulk bag, short for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, are made of Polypropylene woven fabric with lifting loops that allow the bulk container to be filled from top and discharged from the bottom. They are easy to handle with efficiency and also less cost.

How to select the suitable type for your application?
● Circular or Tubular type
Tubular shape big bag with seamless made from pp woven fabric on a circular loom.This eliminates the need for vertical seems. The tubular shape design is ideal option for fine and powder materials. Bottom of bag can be square or circle shape.
● U-Panel big bag
U-Panel big bags consists of a large “U” piece of fabric with 2 side panels sewing to each side to fulfill a bag shape. U-panel bulk bags can offer high safe working loading weight and solid durability.
● 4 Panel big bag
4 Panel big bag use 4 separate fabric panels to construct a bag by sewing together. And another square sheet of fabric is used to make the bottom of the bag.
● Baffled big bag
Baffled big bags are typically 4-panel or U-panel or Circular bags which using internal fabric baffles to keep the bag square shape and stability. These bags are designed to maximize storage and save shipping space.
