According to the agreement signed by Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan on 2010.10.18, "Common Guidelines and Rules on Technical Specifications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, and the Russian Federation," the Customs Union Commission is committed to formulating uniform standards and requirements to ensure product safety. One type of certification, which is common to all three countries, has formed the Russian-Belarus Customs Union certification. The unified symbol is EAC.
Customs Union Technical Regulations certificate: It is the only certificate that proves that the product complies with the technical regulations of the Customs Union. The certificate is applicable to: Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
Facilitating trade between coalition states.
