2. Paint performance
Shandong color source of pigment technology: pigment yellow 150 (pigment yellow E 4 GN, pigment yellow 5GN,C.I. pigment yellow 150) is translucent green light yellow, the color of pigment powder color and iron oxide yellow close, showing dark yellow color, but used for paint, ink and plastic and other products coloring, it presents a bright green light yellow. Because of the formation of intramolecular nickel complex, it has excellent heat stability and climate tolerance, and has good mobility, can meet the application of various polymer materials.
In nylon product coloring, 150℃ water was boiled for 15 minutes without migration or discoloration.
In the spinning staining of polypropylene and polyamide fibers, the pigment yellow 150 is recommended. In this kind of application, the pigment has good thermal stability and good hou tolerance.
Under the general process conditions of injection molding, the pigment yellow 150 is likely to react with zinc sulfide in the polyamide and is therefore not generally used in the polyamide injection process.
