2. Pigment properties
Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Technology: High temperature resistant medium chrome yellow 608 is a red bright yellow powder with extremely bright color, excellent migration resistance and strong dispersion performance. The R&D personnel of Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Science and Technology Department carry out special organic chemical treatment on the surface of the medium chrome yellow pigment to change the molecular structure of the medium chrome yellow, so that it can copolymerize with other metal oxides to form a stable chemical composition, so as to achieve high temperature resistance, heat-resistant 608 medium chrome yellow inorganic pigment. Heat resistance (240℃/5min in PVC, 220℃/15min in powder coating).
We show through experiments that: In the powder coating, in the oven at 200°C/10min, 200°C/15min, 220°C/15min, there is no discoloration, the color of the sample is clear, and there is no turbidity.
In the paint test, taking alkyd paint as an example, taking the coastal climate of Yantai, Shandong as the standard, and taking the outdoor paint sample for 12 months as an example, no obvious fading or discoloration was found.
3. Application areas
608 medium chrome yellow is mainly used for coloring of paints, inks, powder coatings, rubber, plastics and other products.
