Food and pharmaceutical grade big bags
These grade big bags are manufactured by special hygienic methods due to the direct food contact. Quality standards and manufacturing process are important for safe production and delivery. These bags produced for use in the food, medicine and chemical industries must be produced in compliance with the legal regulations and hygiene rules. (ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System / HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points / BRC Food Safety System etc.)
We have many years of business dealings and amazing experience with the food industry, and we are experienced in handling the necessities of food-grade big bag solutions. With the aim to putting food-grade ingredients into bags, food-grade bags are prepared.
To successfully meet the specific needs of our customers, our carefully matched food-grade facilities ensure the creation of highly customized solutions. Our bags are free from dust, germs and pollutants and inspected by 5% statistical quality control. We ensure vacuum cleaning and pallet shrink packaging of all food-grade bags. We also guarantee a defect rate of 0.1%, which is 1 out of 1000 bags.
With our expertise in producing high quality food grade big bags, we follow an effective hygiene policy that enables us to successfully meet our customers' requirements.
Pharmacy grade big bags are designed for pharmaceuticals, so the product is in good condition and free of harmful contamination.The relevant authorities approved the raw materials and fabrics for the production of pharmaceutical-grade bags. We ensure that metal detection and cleaning processes are used to prevent the bag from being contaminated by dust, germs and contaminants. We Always check every bags on the lamp table to ensure that threads and tape are not loosened.

Packing and Delivery:
1. Packing:
Normally the bags packing on bales (20pcs/bale) or Pallets (360kgs per pallet for general containers and 410kgs per pallet for High container)
Take weight of bag: 2kgs for example
20pcs/bale, 3000pcs/20’fcl, 6400pcs/40’fcl
180pcs/pallet, 3600pcs/20’fcl, 7920pcs/40’fcl
200pcs/pallet, 8800pcs/40’HC
It can be flexible according to customer’s specific requirement.
2. Delivery:
Normally can ship by Air for sample orders or urgent require orders
Ship by container (20’, 40’ or 40’HC) for Vessel delivery
For inland countries, we can use Truck or Train for delivery
3. Prodction time:
10-15 days for 1x20’fcl
15-20 days for 1x40’fcl or 1x40’HC
