Requirements of Charcoal for Making Briquettes Introduction:
Size. The charcoal or coal size should be less than 5mm so that they can be easily pressed into briquettes.
Moisture. The moisture of charcoal for making briquettes is around 30%. Proper moisture is good for the briquettes forming and increasing the density of the charcoal briquettes.
Biner. Usually, the binder is necessary for the charcoal briquettes processing. Binder can make the charcoal briquettes more solid and smooth. The most common binder is corn starch or cassava starch. The best binder adding rate is 4%-6%. There are also some customers who add the combustion improver to accelerate the lighting speed of charcoal. No matter binder or ignite accelerating agent, you can use a charcoal mixer to blend the charcoal powder with water and additive evenly.

Requirements of Charcoal for Making Briquettes Structure:
(1) We offer three types of pressure: spring disc, wedge block and hydraulic
Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some uneasy shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilizer, salt, etc, can also press in good shape, the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material.
(2) Because charcoal powder is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.
(3) We also produce Requirements of Charcoal for Making Briquettes: in order to reduce density between charcoal powder and make best quality charcoal briquettes, we design four rollers charcoal briquette machine, which can press charcoal powder two times.
