Paper dunnage bag help to absorb impact and vibrations in cargo during transportation and can be reused several times. Paper dunnage bag are used to secure cargo and create a bulkhead during transit. Paper dunnage bag are great void fillers to prevent movement and absorb impacts in a sea container, rail car, truck, vessel, or intermodal. To ensure perfect tightness even under high pressure, all our Paper dunnage bag are made of specially extruded polyethene.
Compared to the Woven Polypropylene (PP) Dunnage Bag, the Paper Dunnage Bag incorporates a strong multi-layer technique, making the airbag stiffer and more durable. To inflate the Paper Dunnage Bag, use our inflation tool – valve systems.
To inflate the bag:
1. Use our inflation tool——valve systems.
2. For usage, place the dunnage bag in a sea container, rail car, truck, vessel, or intermodal to fill up void space.
3. Inflate the dunnage bag with compressed air until filled enough. It should sit tight and unmovable.
4. When unloading, open the valve to deflate.
