Using international standard G instructions for programming, the programming method is flexible and simple, supporting the import of text files generated by customers from other methods, including the coordinates of machining hole positions.
The processing hole breaking through is automatically judged and the break depth is controlled to prevent damage to the opposite wall.
The system records the position and discharge parameters of the processed holes, depth, electrode wear, and processing time. We have also designed discharge machining and penetration process curves that can be called for viewing and analysis in the future.
