When the friction block on the movable wedge contacts the traction steel wire rope, due to the movement of the traction steel wire rope, the movable wedge is pulled towards the direction of the traction steel wire rope, increasing the pressure of the movable wedge on the traction steel wire rope and exerting a braking effect on the traction steel wire rope, The function of the wedge track is to prevent the movable wedge from instantly locking the traction steel wire rope, ensuring braking safety.
