Box-type Breaker Introduction:

During the production process, the stone can form a protective bottom layer, and the body has no wear and tear and is durable. A small amount of easy-wear parts are made of extra-hard wear-resistant materials, which are small in size and light in weight, making it easy to replace parts. Driven by the motor, the rotor disc of the box-type pulverizer drives the hammer head to perform high-speed circular motion.
When the material enters the pulverization chamber, the large pieces of material are piled on the special middle pole in the machine, and the particle size after pulverization is larger than the required size. The material is crushed against the impact plate along the tangential direction of the hammer head along with the new material, so that the coarse and medium crushing can be achieved in one step, and finally the material that meets the requirements is unloaded after being integrated by the grate plate.
