Our Handheld Rotary Wheel Stamp  are typically used for lower volume marking requirements. The character wheel is manually advanced with a wrench to provide accurate and permanent marking. The same sequence of characters is retained after each impression unless changed by the operator with a wrench. They provide an ideal solution for imprinting repetitive sequences such as product codes, part numbers, serial numbers, etc.

Our Handheld Rotary Wheel Stamp is available in a variety of models and configurations to punch and engrave numbers to suit your application.

Standard features:

    ·  The character wheel piece is made of high grade tool steel

    ·  The handle frame is made of high grade alloy steel that is heat treated to prevent chipping.

        The handle is coated to absorb impact during marking by striking the handle with a hammer.

    ·  Available character size: 1-8mm

    ·  The number of character wheels is 1-18 (depending on the size of the characters)

Characters on standard wheels:

    ·  Numbers 0 to 9, dashes and blanks (12 equal parts)

    ·  Letters A to M and blanks (14 equal parts)

    ·  Letters N to Z and blanks (14 equal parts)

    ·  Other  characters can be customized

    ·  We can customize engraved character wheels and special character styles (letter wheels,low stress, Reverse and planar characters)

    ·  We also offer rotary date stamps for cases where a year and month code is required.
