Ultrasonic vibration plate, also known as ultrasonic vibration box or ultrasonic cleaning box, is an ultrasonic cleaning device composed of an ultrasonic oscillator bonded and sealed in a stainless steel box and an ultrasonic generator. Generally placed in various cleaning tanks to achieve ultrasonic cleaning purposes. The size of the vibration plate and the direction of the lead pipe can be made into three types according to the installation
position: bottom vibration type, side vibration type, and top vibration type, to achieve thorough cleaning effect according to different usage requirements.
Product structure:
1: All stainless steel structure, acid and alkali resistance, beautiful and durable.
2: It adopts a split structure, and a high-frequency connection with a socket is used between the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
3: The installation and layout are flexible. According to different needs, it can be made into three types: bottom vibration type, side vibration type and top vibration type to meet various cleaning requirements.

5: When the power of the tank type ultrasonic cleaning machine is too small, the input vibration plate device can be used. If a vibration plate device is added to the existing cleaning tank, it can be converted into an ultrasonic cleaning machine. It is also a low-cost way.
Ultrasonic vibrating plate scope of application:
1. Machinery industry: removal of anti-rust grease; cleaning of measuring tools; degreasing and rust removal of mechanical parts; cleaning of engines, carburetors and auto parts; dredging and cleaning of filters and screens, etc. Especially in the railway industry, it is very suitable for the degreasing and decontamination of the air conditioner in the train compartment, the derusting, degreasing and rust prevention of the parts of the train head.
2. Surface treatment industry: oil and rust removal before electroplating; cleaning before ion plating; phosphating treatment; removal of carbon deposits; removal of scale; removal of polishing paste; surface activation treatment of metal workpieces, etc.
3. Instrument industry: high cleanliness of precision parts, cleaning before assembly, etc.
4. Electronics industry: remove rosin and solder spots on printed circuit boards; clean mechanical and electronic parts such as high-voltage contacts.
