为了保障变频器的安全运行，避免变频器受负载冲击，必须做好以下几点:㈠尽量保证变频器有充足的加减速时间变频器在开机或升速时，自身有软起动功能；关机或减速时，自身有软关断功能。在设备允许的范围内，尽量增加加减速时间。当设备要求有较短的加减速时间时，变频器应采取以下措施:加减速时间由变频器容量和负载来决定。负荷越重，变频器容量越小，加减速时间设定应越长。最短的加减速时间是由变频器的容量决定的。假若运行过程中冲击电流在允许时间内超过变频器的额定电流，则必须增加变频器的容量。
