Introduction to dust-free cloth:

It does not peel off fibers during friction, and has good water absorption and cleaning efficiency. The cleaning and packaging of the product are completed in the ultra clean workshop. The optional edge banding methods for dust-free cloth include cold cutting, laser edge banding, and ultrasonic edge banding. The specifications are available in 4 inches, 6 inches, and 9 inches. The requirements for the model and specifications of dust-free cloth vary depending on the product being wiped, and should be selected according to the actual situation.
Dust free cloth material:
The dust-free cloth is divided into ordinary fiber dust-free cloth and Microfiber dust-free cloth. The ordinary fiber is 100% continuous polyester fiber, and the Microfiber is 75% polyester+25% nylon; According to the weaving method, it can be divided into: S-flat weaving, D-knitting;

Dust free cloth edge sealing method:
1. Non edge sealing (cold cutting): Mainly cut directly with electric scissors, the edges are prone to generating shavings and cannot be cleaned after cutting. During the wiping process, a small amount of cloth shavings will be generated on the edges, which is generally used for wiping items with low cleanliness requirements, with a market share of about 15%.
2. Laser edge sealing: By using laser to instantly melt and break at high temperature, the edge sealing is good and will not produce any hair shavings. It can be cleaned and softened by net spraying and cleaning, so that the product reaches a high dust-free standard and has a market share of about 80%.
3. Ultrasonic edge sealing: The vibration generated by the ultrasonic vibration unit (vibrator) converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, passes through HORN (welding head) to transfer heat, and then compresses and breaks the fabric through a cutting tool. This edge sealing is currently the most perfect method of dust-free cloth cutting, with good edge sealing effect and no hard edges. However, this cutting method is too expensive, with a market share of about 5%.
Cleaning and packaging method of dust-free cloth:
1. Use 18.2 megohm Ultrapure water to wash, and the clean cloth after washing can reach Class 100 cleanliness;
2. Use neutral anti-static detergent and warm water for cleaning;
2. Chemical reagents such as bleach cannot be used for cleaning, as this will shorten the service life of the dust-free cloth;
4. The clean cloth after washing should be dried in the air or with a dryer, and should not be ironed or exposed to the sun;
5. The washed dust-free cloth shall be packed with double-layer Vacuum packing in a 100 level dust-free room to maintain its cleanliness;
Usage and precautions for dust-free cloth:
1. When using and unpacking, it is necessary to wear dust-free gloves and masks.
2. A dust-free cloth can be dipped in a solvent for wiping or directly wiped for convenience.
3. When wiping, wrap all four edges of the dust-free cloth inside, and do not use the edges of the dust-free cloth to touch the surface area of the wiping object.
4. When using high-end dust-free cloth, it is necessary to open the internal packaging bag in a clean environment, and clean the packaging bag before unpacking, especially the opening must be kept clean.
5. When using a dust-free cloth during operation, it must be kept flat and not rubbed. When moving and wiping, it is necessary to make sure that the fibers of the cloth and the surface are in full contact. It is also necessary to ensure that the cloth is wiped in the same direction and cannot be repeatedly wiped back and forth.
