Tamprinter-Squeegee Grinder
Automatically grinds printing squeegees of varying lengths by using a diamond-coated grinding disc and thus ensures a precise parallel grinding for the best possible printing results.
Standard features:
grinding by means of feed handwheel
electrically driven forward feed with the possibility to change the sense of rotation in advance motion
number of grinding operations - programmable
grinding wheel speed variable via potentiometer
pivotable squeegee holder to realize various grinding angles
angle adjustment is readable from scales
end of grinding feed traverse infinitely variable
integrated exhaust air blower
suitable to be used for all standard squeegee profiles
the squeegee rubber is clamped in a way to avoid any distortion
standard grinding lengths:
700 mm, 1000 mm, 1500 mm and 2000 mm
