Irradiation Sterilization Indicator Labels are ideal for inventory maintenance and quality control. Putting irradiation labels on products gives you a visual indication of whether a product has been irradiated with ionizing radiation to aid in product segregation and inventory control. It provides an additional quality control assay but is not a substitute for proper dosimetry. It can also be used during irradiated processing to provide visual identification of products irradiated on one and both sides.

Before the label is irradiated, it should be sealed and protected from light at 0-15°C, and stored in low-temperature refrigeration. Avoid exposure to chemical organic gases (such as ethylene oxide, alcohol, ozone, etc.) or storage environments with humidity > 70% before and after irradiation. Generally, the slow rise and short-term high temperature will not affect the quality of the label. The surface of this product is coated with anti-ultraviolet coating, but direct sunlight should still be avoided. Long-term direct sunlight will cause the color of the label to change and affect the function of the label. Short-term direct sunlight of no more than 1 hour will generally not cause The initial color of the label changes.
