The sewage suction truck adopts the vacuum pump of the domestic leading sewage suction truck, which has a large suction force and a long suction distance. It is especially suitable for the suction, shipment and discharge of sediment in the sewer, especially for sewer mud, silt, stones, bricks, etc. larger objects such as blocks.
Vehicle function configuration
1. The tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and stainless steel can be selected. The volume of the tank body is about 5 cubic meters, the wall thickness is 5mm, and the anti-wave plate is reasonably designed in the middle of the tank body
2. Install domestic SK-9 water circulation vacuum pump or 5 ton oil circulation vacuum pump, with large suction and fast pumping speed
3. The vacuum tube is equipped with a stainless steel filter to prevent the sewage from overflowing and damage the vacuum pump
4. A shock-resistant pressure gauge of 100 is installed at the position of the four-way valve, which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation effect of the medium pressure
5. Standard configuration is a 100 suction valve and a 100 drain valve
6. The tank body has a lifting and dumping function, and the tail rear door can be hydraulically opened with a locking device
