Our 3500/25 Keyphasor Module provides phase reference information in the 3500 rack (up to four keyphasors can be used per 3500 rack), enabling advanced mechanical diagnostics. It receives input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and converts pulse signals from one or multiple events per revolution into digital timing measurements. This allows your 3500 system to measure machine speed and vector parameters, such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase, which are key to determining important machine behavior. Keyphasor measurement is also an integral part of the Bently Nevada † Turbine Supervisory Instrument (TSI) sensor kit for steam turbines. The 3500 system can be used as a SIL Level 2 system and has passed multiple hazardous area and/or region specific certifications, capable of handling any environment.
