Introduction to anti-oxidation graphite rotor:

The purification treatment process of liquid aluminum alloy is the main means to improve the comprehensive performance of aluminum alloy. During the purification process, the most advanced treatment method in the world is to mix the purified gas and solvent, and purify the aluminum melt through the rotating injection of a graphite rotor. The working principle of a graphite rotor is that the rotating rotor decomposes nitrogen (or argon) blown into aluminum melt into a large number of dispersed bubbles, which are dispersed in the molten metal. In the melt, the gas is separated by the differential pressure of the gas and the principle of surface adsorption, absorbing hydrogen from the melt, adsorbing oxide slag, and removing it from the surface of the melt as the bubbles rise, purifying the melt. Due to the fine dispersion of bubbles, they are evenly mixed with the rotating melt, then rotate in a spiral shape and slowly float. The contact time with the melt is long and does not form a continuous vertical airflow, thus removing harmful hydrogen from the aluminum melt and significantly improving the purification effect.
