The technical personnel of the host factory used third-party testing instruments to collect data from the buffered output port of the Bentley transmitter 990/991 permanently installed on site. However, the data showed an abnormally large vibration amplitude, which was much higher than the vibration value of the DCS when the vibration was not detected. Therefore, it was suspected that the Bentley 990/991 transmitter had a problem. After learning about this situation, the sales team of the Bentley Nevada product line of General Electric Testing and Control Technology, Proactively dispatch the mechanical fault diagnosis service team from its service department to the site to collect and analyze data.
