Drop bottle, also known as drop bottle and drop dispensing bottle, as a container for liquid drop, flow liquid distribution and pipetting, has become a routine product in various chemical laboratories because of its convenient operation and wide applicability.
But such a conventional container is not common in geochemical and other isotope analysis and testing laboratories.

However, due to material or process reasons, conventional drop bottles have more or less common problems such as reagent hanging on the wall, precipitation of impurity elements in the bottle body, uneven droplet size, and difficult control of the liquid discharge,these make users of isotope research afraid to choose easily.
The most commonly used material for dropper bottles is LDPE, which is low-density polyethylene. This material is soft, easy to process, and has low chemical resistance. It can be used to store diluted or weak acids, but cannot be used for high-concentration Strong acid, high impurity content and easy to precipitate.
In order to improve chemical resistance, various manufacturers have introduced drop bottles made of FEP, which have less impurities and can be used for high-concentration strong acids, but the uniformity of droplets and the sealing performance of the bottle cap are still not ideal.
