The 3500/15 TLB integrates three typically independent interfaces and functions into one design package. The configuration of the modular TLB system allows customers to individually select and install one of the steering, locking, and braking functions according to project requirements, or to choose paired or complete steering, locking, and braking functions.

The continuous steering design of the 106M1079-01 TLB system provides excellent bidirectional performance, with options for variable speed steering, infinite positioning, balanced load, and faster stopping.

Flexible systems can be customized and manufactured internally to meet specific application requirements, with rotational torque up to 454 kNm, braking torque up to 862 kNm, and multiple rotational speeds. The complete system solution includes brakes, drive and locking devices, control devices, and hydraulic devices.

All BENTLY TLB systems are fully monitored and designed to provide a remote interface for ship bridge control. They are also equipped with a control panel, 3500/15 106M1079-01, for local operations during maintenance and shaft positioning within the port. When there is a power outage, manual rotation and locking functions can be used.
