DH10 series vertical die splitting forging machine is adopted Ajax technology and improved further, it is a medium-sized flat forging machine.
The equipment consists of two mechanism,seperately driving upsetting punch pin and clamping concave mold machanism;the two sets of mechanism move according to preset routine,it can meet the requirement of the working cycle,the upsetting slider has a longer guild device which can bear bigger bias load ,so it is suitable for multimold cavity forging.The clamping mechanism which drives concave mold has overload protection,preventing damage during clamping process.
The flat forging machine is wildly applied in the production of socket spanner,valve stem,bevel gear extension bolt spherical workpiece,half shaft etc.
The flat forging machine has a wide range of performance,it is the specail equipment for forging long workpieces which lenth range is from 0.2 meter to 3 meters long,it solves the problem that ordinary forging machine cannot produce long workpiece.
