Production method:
The pressure welded steel grating is a product that is arranged by a certain distance between the load flat steel and the crossbar, welded into the original plate using a 200 ton hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment, and processed into the customer's requirements through processes such as cutting, opening, and edge wrapping.
Load bearing flat steel spacing: The center distance between two adjacent load bearing flat steel, commonly used in three types: 30MM, 40MM, and 60MM.
Cross bar spacing: The center distance between two adjacent cross bars is usually 50MM, 100MM, or both.
