Shell expansion and valve position sensor

This type of sensor measures changes in the position of the machine shell during expansion or contraction, changes in the rotation or linear position of the control valve, or changes in the position of the water turbine corner gate. They are typically used in conjunction with other sensors as part of the Turbine Monitoring Instrument (TSI) for monitoring key mechanical parameters of large steam, gas, or water turbines in power plants.

TK-3E Eddy Current Probe Calibrator

This type of portable instrument is commonly referred to as a "swing frequency signal generator" and is used for static and dynamic calibration of eddy current probes. Static verification is completed through an additional micrometer; Dynamic verification is achieved through a special rotating "tilting disk" that simulates dynamic mechanical vibration. Due to years of improved sensor functionality and stricter performance standards, the system is unable to provide the necessary accuracy for sensor system calibration according to the API670 standard.
