SECCO Petrochemical Plant is a highly integrated comprehensive facility that includes an annual production capacity of 900000 tons of ethylene cracking "front-end" and multiple world-class downstream plants for polyethylene, styrene, polystyrene, propylene, acrylonitrile, polypropylene, butadiene, and aromatics. The ultra large scale of the entire equipment has created a project team consisting of 9 different engineering procurement contractors (EPC) and multiple mechanical equipment manufacturers (OEM). SECCO needs a factory wide, highly integrated condition monitoring system that covers all critical equipment, important equipment, and auxiliary equipment. This requires a condition monitoring supplier not only to meet strict technical specifications, but also to be able to coordinate many necessary details to ensure that the monitoring systems provided by each mechanical equipment manufacturer and 9 different engineering procurement contractors can operate correctly together, and reflect SECCO's requirements for a fully integrated and comprehensive system.
