The BL series industrial grade integrated explosion-proof refrigerator is a Class IIC explosion-proof refrigeration system manufactured using integrated explosion-proof technology according to industrial environmental requirements.
Structural form of explosion-proof refrigerator
There are two types of explosion-proof refrigerators with dual doors, dual temperatures, and single system: one is a dual door direct cooling single system refrigerator, and the other is a dual door inter cooling single system refrigerator. Double door direct cooling single system explosion-proof refrigerator, abbreviated as double door direct cooling explosion-proof refrigerator.
The freezer and freezer of a double door direct cooling explosion-proof refrigerator have their own evaporators, and the freezer and freezer are separated. The metal surface of the evaporator of a direct cooling refrigerator is directly in contact with food or air, and frost directly forms on the surface of the evaporator. Therefore, a direct cooling refrigerator is also known as a frosted refrigerator.
A double door direct cooling explosion-proof refrigerator is a refrigerator with two box doors, with refrigerators with upper and lower box door structures being common.
The double door direct cooling explosion-proof refrigerator has a larger refrigeration chamber, which is located in the upper refrigeration chamber and is smaller, usually located in the lower part.
The structure of a double door direct cooling single system explosion-proof refrigerator. This type of refrigerator consists of two disconnected spaces and two independent evaporators. The upper space is called a cold storage room, which is cooled by a plate shaped coil evaporator, and the temperature can generally reach 10 ℃~-0 ℃. The smaller space in the lower part is called the freezer, which is directly enclosed by the evaporator. The indoor air and food are directly absorbed by the evaporator for cooling, and the temperature can generally reach -18 ℃ or even lower.
Double door direct cooling explosion-proof refrigerators often have auxiliary condensers and door frame anti exposure pipes. The auxiliary condenser is placed under the water storage tray at the bottom of the refrigerator. This is because the water in the water storage tray flows from the water cup inside the box through a pipeline, and the water temperature is low, which has a good cooling effect on the secondary condenser. The door frame anti dew tube is installed on the inner surface of the box door to prevent dew drops from appearing on the door.
