A simple and portable manual lifting machine explosion-proof chain hoist can be used in conjunction with an explosion-proof manual monorail trolley to form a manual lifting and transportation trolley
High hardness, good toughness, and good wear resistance. The explosion-proof tools use specialized materials, including beryllium bronze and aluminum bronze alloy materials. By utilizing their excellent thermal conductivity, the heat on the working surface is quickly transferred to other parts of the workpiece, and the heat on the working surface is greatly reduced. Some particles that detach from the workpiece under impact or friction cannot reach the temperature of the ignition source.
The main application scope of explosion-proof tools is: petroleum refining and petrochemical industries, coal mines, oil fields, natural gas chemical industries, chemical fiber industries, paint industries, fertilizer industries, and various pharmaceutical industries. Oil tankers and liquefied petroleum gas vehicles, aircraft, warehouses operating flammable and explosive materials, electrolysis workshops, communication machine assembly workshops, places where tools are required to be rust free, wear-resistant, and magnetic resistant.
3、 Applicable scope
Aluminum bronze material: It has strong toughness and is not easy to wear. It is used as a component for screws, nuts, cylinder liners, sealing rings, etc. in general explosion-proof environments. Aluminum bronze is suitable for use in lIB and explosion-proof locations; (Applicable to operations in ethylene gas with a concentration of 7.8% and a hardness not lower than HRC25)
Beryllium bronze material: The hardness of plated bronze is higher than that of aluminum bronze. Plated bronze has characteristics such as resistance to wear, high temperature, strong magnetism, high conductivity, and impact spark free, making it suitable for use in IIC and explosion-proof locations; (Suitable for working in hydrogen with a concentration below 21% and a hardness not lower than HRC35)
