SM11 series flat forging machine adopts Germany Eumuco technology,is the most comparatively advanced model with a wide range of application,it is the most ideal model for forging irregular longer workpieces.It has multi-position forming,and can realize full automation forging process according to user's requirements,which can not be replaced by other equipment.
The machine has two types of fuselage stuctures,the steel plate welding fuselage and integral cast steel fuselage with tempered treatment,it has the advantage of rigidity and no deformation.The lever principle is adopted,the transmission is free,the noise low,the accuracy is high,the operation is convenient.
The system adopts PLC as the core control system,it has the advantage of anti bias load,the modle is suitable for multi mode forging,fast clamping speed,and reduced contact time between forgings and die,thereby improving work efficiency and prolonging the service life of molds.
The machine can produce all kinds of spare parts for high rail,it can also produce tube end expansion,sucker rod,socket spanner,auto half shaft,valve stem,diamond drill pipe,camshaft,square forging,extension bolts and other kind of irregular forgings.
The equipment adopts insert type dry clutch,safe double valve controlling,automatic lubrication syetem,clamping device with overload protection ,preventing overload damage in the clamping process,so saving time and labor force.
