A type of industrial paper specifically designed for the textile industry to produce paper tubes and tapered paper tubes. It is a thin steel paper. The quantitative values are 65g/m2 and 145g/m2. Thickness 0.1-0.2mm. The quantitative range of yarn tube cardboard is 85-510g/m2. Paper is tough and wear-resistant. The paper surface is smooth and even. Has good water resistance (with a degree of application not less than 1.25mm). When used, it can resist edge indentation and withstand lathe processing. In order to make clear differences between the rows of yarn tubes on the spinning machine, they are often dyed in various colors such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and have good dyeing fastness. Using bleached or unbleached chemical wood pulp as raw material, free beating and dyeing are used to make paper on a long web paper machine. The paper is then calendered and re rolled into a roll paper shape, and further processed into lightweight and user-friendly yarn tubes.
