ASTM F 2054 Electronic Leak and Seal Strength Tester LSST-01

LSST-01 is a burst tester that tests for package seal failure when the package is exposed to a pressure differential. This test method is an indicator of the burst strength of a package and detects the weakest area of the seal, providing a measurement of the pressure required to burst open the package.

LSSD-01 adopts positive pressure method: after the gas with certain pressure fills into the sample with setting parameters, the pressure sensor detects the change of air pressure inside the sample to judge the overall sealing performance of the sample, and tests the pressure resistance and bursting performance of the sample with the specified air pressure.
