1.Customer: What’s the material of your Disinfection Faucets?
A: This series of sterilization faucet is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, the module is made of food grade 304 stainless steel and copper material.
2. Customer: What kind of sterilization do you adopt?
A: This series of products use deep ultraviolet sterilization. Studies have shown that UVC light at wavelengths of 254nm-265nm disrupts the DNA/RNA replication process in the cells.And the most efficient disinfection function is 265 nm wavelength.LEDs do
not transfer heat to the water, thus limiting fouling and ensuring a constant UV output regardless of water temperature.
3.Does the device emit/generate ozone?
A:No,it didn’t generate any ozone,no mercury pollution,but more environmental protection.
4. which brand of sterilization chip does your company use? How is the power? What are the advantages?
A: Our company uses the KLARAN sterilization chip from Japan Asahi Kasei Company. A single sterilization chip has a power of 70 milli watts and a wavelength of 265 nano meters, which is the chip with the largest single power and the highest sterilizationrate on the market. 
The advantage of Disinfection Faucet
I. To ensure the stability of the faucet in the process of use under the same sterilization standard, lessen the lamp beads,LEDs do not transfer heat to the water, thus limiting fouling and ensuring a constant UV output regardless of water temperature.

II. Adopting LED semiconductor sterilizer, no mercury pollution,but more environmental protection meanwhile. High bactericidal
rate, the bactericidal rate of E. coli and total colonies is greater than 99.99% under the specified maximum water flow.

5. Customer: What tests and certifications have been done for this faucet? Are there any reports?
A: The world's smallest UV disinfection system can be retrofitted into almost any existing system, offering 3rd party validated performance of over 99.99% bacteria reduction.
We have test reports of 16 kinds of bacteria, including Escherichia coli, rovirus, poliovirus, etc., as well as Escherichia coli test reports from SGS of Ningbo, SGS of Taiwan, Beili University of Taiwan, as well as creeper test report, ROHS report and Water Permission.
6. Customer: How do you make sure the disinfection efficacy of the faucet?
A: Our UV Light chip is imported from Japan, after years of testing and market application, stability in the industry has been verified. At the same time, our faucets will be tested before leaving the factory, to ensure 100% qualified rate.
7. Customer: What are the guarantees if we use your company's faucet?
A: Our sterilization products under normal use, quality assurance for two years, sterilization chip in 1200 hours to ensure 99.99% sterilization rate (such as: family use half an hour a day, can be used for about 7 years) ,at the same time all our sterilization products are insured in China Ping An Insurance, any quality caused by the problem, is guaranteed.

Answer: Can be customized, using your company's special model and name. Our company has two methods for reference. One is that your company will bear the developing cost and other costs, and we will charge a certain amount of processing cost; the other is that our company will calculate the development cost, and your company will first pay 1:1 fee, and we will send the same amount of products to your company, and we will decide the way of cooperation after both sides negotiate the minimum total amount of shipment.
