Uses and Features
The marine centrifugal fans are all direct-coupled drives, and the motors are self-developed micro motors or ABB marine motors, which have the characteristics of high voltage, high efficiency, low noise, long life, and low energy consumption. The fan housing is made of stainless steel and welded by an argon arc, which can be used in high humidity and high salt spray environment, and can transmit corrosive gas. The fan has passed the certification of the China Classification Society and meets the conditions of the use of ships.
The data marked on the product are the parameters of the working condition of the fan, and the air volume and static pressure data are all converted to the standard state (1 atmospheric pressure, rated speed 2950rpm, atmospheric temperature 20°C, humidity 50%). Noise (sound pressure level) and input power are the actual measured values of the operating point. In the performance curve, Q&Ps is the curve of flow and static pressure, Q&LA is the curve of flow and noise, and Q&N is the curve of flow and power. Fan parameters can be non-standard design according to requirements.
