III、 Main functions of heat pump split air conditioning training and assessment device
1. Adopt real variable frequency air conditioners as teaching, training, and assessment objects to meet the training and assessment requirements for the working principles and maintenance skills of actual variable frequency air conditioners;
The detection of variable frequency air conditioning system can be divided into two parts: temperature and pressure:
1) Condenser outlet temperature and pressure;
2) Evaporator outlet temperature and pressure;
3) Condenser inlet temperature;
4) Evaporator inlet temperature;
5) Condenser inlet and outlet air temperatures;
6) Inlet air temperature and outlet air temperature of evaporator;
7) Compressor inlet and outlet pressures.
3. The teacher edits the test questions on the intelligent evaluation system of the teacher's computer, and sends the edited test questions to the student computers of each practical training and evaluation platform through the evaluation system. The student computers will generate corresponding fault points on the variable frequency air conditioning system based on the test questions content;
After setting a fault point in a variable frequency air conditioning system, students determine the location of the fault point through comprehensive analysis of the fault phenomenon and the temperature and pressure changes at each measurement point, and answer questions through an intelligent evaluation system;
5. The intelligent evaluation system gives corresponding scores based on the correctness of students' answers, and saves the answer process and scores for query and printing;
Using the method of adding measuring instruments to the flow chart, students can directly display the positions of the measuring points of each measuring instrument, and can more intuitively understand the changes in remote data of the refrigeration system;
Equipped with corresponding refrigeration teaching software, it can dynamically demonstrate the working principles of various related refrigeration equipment and the working process of refrigeration systems, with strong interactivity, facilitating students to master the relevant technologies of various refrigeration systems.
