A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
Tax 1.Any import duties,charges or fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, they should be paied by buyers.
2.Normally we will declare a lower price on the invoice to reduce your import tax. Return: 1.All returns must be the problem of
the product itself, and should be done within 7 days upon receipt date. 2.Sending back fee should be paid by the buyer. 3.If items
are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear, with all
original packaging, accessories and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.) may be returned for a credit or refund of the
item price within 30 days of purchase. Returns sent back without these documents will be rejected. If you are missing any of these
documents, please contact us. 4.If there is a damage to the product which caused during transportation, please contact us first
before return the products or propose a dispute
