6. Overvoltage shutdown, automatic restart
Hardware overvoltage protection:
– 59.5V。 Manual startup is required.
Software overvoltage protection
– Monitoring setting: 56-59V
There are two software overvoltage protection modes that can be selected through background maintenance software:
A. Primary overvoltage lock mode
When the output reaches the software protection point, the module shuts down and maintains, requiring manual intervention before resuming operation;
B. Secondary overvoltage lockup mode
When the output reaches the software protection point and the output current is greater than 5A, the module restarts after shutting down for 5 seconds. If a second overvoltage occurs within the set time (the default is 5 minutes, which can be set), the module shuts down and remains, requiring manual intervention before starting up.
If the output current of the rectifier module is less than 5A (10% of the rated output), the rectifier module does not shut down.
Manual intervention method: reset the rectifier module by monitoring the module or detach the rectifier module from the power system.
