The scraper is designed for a high capacity and excellent cleaning work.
Manure Slurry scraper consists of a central body with a built in mechanism.
Swinging centre flaps is scraping the manure in straight angle to the transporting direction, short outer blades cleans the area along the sides of the alley.The U-profile is the drive rail for the scraper. It slides in a special profile embedded in the concrete and is connected to the rod attached to the Gear Box the cylinder piston rod from which the to-and-fro movements are generated .
When the scraper has reached the end of the alley, the mechanical switch at the end of the C-profile makes the scraper turn and go backwards.Motor Supplied is 3 HP Three Phase with Suitable Gear Box.
