The sintered powder metal filters is made of metal powder pressed through a mold and then sintered at high temperature. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, uniform pore size distribution, good air permeability, cleanable regeneration, welding and machining, etc. .
The sintered powder metal filters is widely used in gas-liquid filtration and separation in the fields of chemical industry, medicine, beverage, food, metallurgy, petroleum, environmental protection and fermentation, dust removal, sterilization, and oil mist removal of various gases and steam; , gas buffer, etc.

Applications
1. Filtration/Separation of Liquid and Gas
TOPTITECH filters have the ability to either partially or entirely remove particle materials from a liquid or gaseous medium. Particulate matter can comprise undesired chemical and biological contaminants as well as suspended particles (sediment, metal chips, salt, etc.). It can also include algae, bacteria, fungal spores, and bacteria. Pore diameters in capstan filters range from 0.2 m to 100 um.

A gas is introduced into a liquid during sparging. It is used to either strip away a dissolved volatile liquid or an undesired dissolved gas (oxygen stripping). 6. Exhaust mufflers
TOPTITECH filters can function as an exhaust silencer by being sinter-bonded to any necessary fitting. In addition to preventing pollutants from entering the system and damaging solenoids and manifolds, the filter also helps to reduce exhaust noise. Also, the exhaust silencer filters reduce the volume of air being blown out of the system, which reduces pollutants drifting and safeguards adjacent equipment.
7.Pressure/Flow Equalization
The flow rate and pressure in a system can be equalized and controlled with TOPTITECH filters. As the gas or liquid passes across the even pores, equalization shields systems from a surge of liquid and generates a consistent flow.
