Shandong Jingyanggang Metal Equipment Co., Ltd (also called JYG Precision Casting or JYG Casting for short) was founded in 2007 in Yanggu, Shandong, China. Covering an area of 20000 square meters, the factory boasts advanced investment casting and shell mold sand casting producing lines to cater to the different needs of the customers home and abroad.

As a rising star in the industry of precision investment casting, JYG has been dedicated to the production, marketing, and R & D of quality precision casting products since its founding. Investment casting, or lost-wax casting, is one of the oldest metal forming process, dating back thousands of years, in which an expendable mold is made around a wax pattern that is to be burned away before molten metal is poured in. It is a precision casting process used to create metal parts, especially complex, intricate or thin-wall castings from almost any alloy. JYG has been providing high-integrity, close-tolerance, near-net-shape precision casting parts for the customers of various industries around the world and gradually becoming a trusted name in the foundry industry.

A full set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and stringent quality control system have been established and observed at the very beginning of factory operation. Besides, JYG is certified to ISO9001:2015, ISO/TS 16949:2009 Quality Management Systems, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Health & Safety Management System and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

We take pride in our experienced, highly skilled technical team that are committed to innovation and upgrade in our casting operation for many years. A well-equipped in-house laboratory is in place to monitor the production from materials to finished products.

The main material we use including stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel base alloy, cobalt base alloy, ductile iron, gray iron, and so on.
