Loctite 222 thread locking
(1) Features of Loctite 222:
① Low strength: applicable to bolts below M80, used for disassembly of ordinary hand tools.
② Thixotropy: easy to use, easy to collapse.
（2） Typical uses of Loctite 222:
① It is used on most metal surfaces and can be used to disassemble common tools.
② Used for M2~M12 thread locking and sealing.
③ When the diameter is no more than 1/4 "(6mm), the fastener is the best, and has certain lubricity, which can achieve accurate clamping load.

Description of Loctite 222:
① Pretreatment: the surface of the installed parts needs to be cleaned to ensure that there is no oil stain or residual oil, such as oil stain and antirust oil. Most do not require special pretreatment on the surface of the substrate, especially for the substrate that is difficult to bond.
② Sizing: evenly apply proper amount to the thread surface.
③ Removal: The spilled colloid will not solidify, and can be erased or used with special detergent.
④ Accelerator: If the accelerator is combined with LOC-7471, LOC-7649 can effectively shorten the curing time.
