Composition: non-ionic polyurethane polymer

Appearance: white to yellowish slightly turbid liquid

Non-volatile: 48-52%

Solvent: ethylene glycol monobutyl ether/water

Specific gravity: about 1.06

Viscosity: ≤ 4000 cp (25 ℃)

Characteristics and use

Increase the viscosity of medium and high shear, and reduce the thixotropy

Provide good flow and leveling

It has little influence on the water resistance and gloss of the coating film

Anti-roll coating splash, anti-microbial degradation, insensitive to PH value

Scope of application

Water-based paint, latex paint, water-based adhesive, textile paint, leather paint, water-based ink

Addition amount and use method

Add 0.1-2.0% to the total amount

It can be used with other rheological additives to obtain the required rheological properties

Under good mixing conditions, it can be used directly

In order to make it more easily dispersed and uniform, it can be diluted with water, alcohol or alcohol ether

Dilution method: WT 202/ethylene glycol monobutyl ether=4/1

Storage

The product shall be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and the container shall be kept tightly away from heat and fire sources

The storage environment is 20 ℃ to 40 ℃

When the temperature is lower than 20 ℃, the appearance may be gelatinous or particles may precipitate. Please heat it to a clear state through water, and mix it evenly before use

Containers containing products shall not be directly exposed to heat radiation
